Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location, perfect for those using the Railway station, but it was quite noisy at times. The rooms were ready for us on arrival, but they were airless and noisy. The service was very polite and eager to please, although the dining options were limited and not nicely presented. The hotel overlooks a lovely lake and offers a small settee with a coffee table and TV in the room. The facilities were sufficient but not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms felt worn down, especially with the thick, dirty carpet, but the bathroom was decent. The service was welcoming and courteous, though sometimes busy. The location was ideal for accessing the train station and enjoying the extreme sports week. The dining options were good but could use more variety. Overall, a mixed experience.
I stayed at the hotel that offered rooms looking over the lake, which varied in size and comfort but were reasonably clean. Having a large balcony overlooking the lake was a plus. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, from accommodating our needs to serving outstanding dishes. The location near the train station was ideal for exploring the area, and the dining experience, though with a rather wide selection, had some room for improvement. The hotel's facilities were on par with expectations.
